Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: In this position, you'll be responsible for safely delivering products that are critical to America's restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores. • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer and submit DOT inspection reports. • Ensure accuracy of bill of lading and store keys during off-hour deliveries. • Drive the tractor-trailer to the destination while adhering to commercial driving regulations. • Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery details and product conditions. • Unload trailers and deliver products into customer locations. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications We Seek: • Must be at least 21 years old. • Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A). • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience is required. • Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. • Ability to effectively read, write, and understand English to ensure safety and compliance in job-related tasks.
