Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability concerns • Complete maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer specifications • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues efficiently • Clearly document all work performed and recommended repairs on repair orders • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Follow all dealership, factory, and safety standards Qualifications: • Proven experience as an automotive technician (dealership experience preferred) • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • ASE certifications and/or Mazda certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) • Own tools required What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience and production • Consistent workflow in a growing, high-opportunity service department • Opportunities for advancement and ongoing factory training • Supportive, team-oriented work environment Mazda of Fort Walton Beach is committed to providing top-tier service to our customers and a workplace where technicians feel comfortable, supported, and set up for success.
