Description Do you have a passion for making cars shine? We're looking for an experienced Auto Detailer to join our team! If you have an eye for detail, a love for a clean car, and at least 1 year of experience at a dealership, then we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Perform high-quality exterior and interior detailing on a variety of vehicles • Clean, polish, and recondition the exterior and interior of used vehicles • Performs prep work for every vehicle • Operate a steam extractor for the interior • Operate a buffer to compound the exterior • Clay bar finish where appropriate • Wet sand where needed, include headlights • Light paint hand touch-up • Maintaining cleanliness of your work area and all tools and equipment • Wash, dry, and wax vehicles to a showroom finish • Apply polishes and protectants to restore shine and protect paint • Deep clean interiors, including carpets, upholstery, and dashboards • Maintain a clean and organized work area Work Hours: • Monday - Friday from 8am -5pm • No Weekends • No Nights Benefits: • Career Advancement Opportunities • Paid Vacations • Paid Maternity Leave/Parental Leave • Employee Discount on all products and services • 401k + Company Match • Comprehensive and Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with low cost to you. • Paid Company Uniforms • Work Life Balance/No Sundays • Company Events • Recognition Awards • Plus, so much more! Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience detailing cars at a dealership • Proven ability to perform both exterior and interior detailing to a high standard • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be at least 18 years old • Valid driver's license with clean MVR
