Location: Remote – South Africa Sector: Technology & Finance Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday Role Overview Our client is a specialist UK-based executive search consultancy operating across the Technology and Finance sectors . They are seeking an experienced and polished Senior Executive Search Resourcer to support senior-level and executive search assignments across the UK, Europe and the United States. This role is focused on identifying, engaging and qualifying high-calibre professionals at Director, VP, C-suite and senior leadership level . This is not a high-volume recruitment or CV sourcing position. The successful candidate will be expected to take a highly targeted, research-led and consultative approach to executive search. You will build detailed market maps, approach passive candidates with credibility, conduct meaningful qualification conversations and develop long-term relationships with senior professionals. You will work closely with Executive Search Consultants and Partners, providing high-quality candidate intelligence, market insight and research throughout the search lifecycle. Requirements Primary Responsibilities Identify and headhunt senior-level candidates across specialist Technology and Finance markets. Conduct detailed market mapping to identify relevant companies, teams, leadership structures and potential candidates. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, internal databases and targeted research. Engage passive candidates at Director, VP, C-suite and executive level in a professional and credible manner. Conduct detailed candidate qualification and screening calls. Assess candidates based on experience, leadership capability, career motivations, compensation expectations and future objectives. Build a strong understanding of each candidate's professional background and suitability for specific executive search assignments. Present well-qualified and accurately documented candidate profiles to the Executive Search Consultant or Partner. Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior professionals, rather than engaging candidates solely for immediate vacancies. Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the search process. Gather market intelligence relating to organisational structures, senior appointments, leadership movements and competitor activity. Identify potential commercial intelligence and business development opportunities uncovered through candidate conversations and market research. Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, search activity and follow-up actions within the ATS and CRM. Support the preparation of candidate reports, market maps, longlists, shortlists and search documentation. Assist with interview coordination and candidate management throughout the recruitment process. Provide ongoing market feedback to Consultants regarding candidate availability, compensation trends and market sentiment. Contribute to the continuous development of the firm's candidate network across Technology and Finance. Qualifications and Experience The successful candidate should have: A minimum of 3 years' experience within executive search, permanent recruitment, recruitment research or senior-level resourcing. Proven experience sourcing and engaging Director, VP, C-suite or other senior-level professionals . Previous experience working within executive search or a highly targeted headhunting environment is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting internationally, ideally across the UK, Europe and/or United States . Strong market mapping and candidate research skills. Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates. Excellent candidate qualification and consultative interviewing skills.
