Join a Fast-Growing International Healthcare Technology Company We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our clients CEO in a fast-paced, international healthcare technology business operating across 13 countries. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a founder and executive team who are transforming healthcare delivery globally. This role will initially be 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours per week as the business and workload grow.  About the Role As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in keeping a busy executive organised, proactive and focused. You'll be managing complex calendars, international travel, executive communications and helping ensure priorities move forward without delay. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems and isn't afraid to ask questions, challenge where appropriate and think ahead. Key Responsibilities ● Manage a complex international diary across multiple time zones. ● Coordinate extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries. ● Manage and prioritise email correspondence on behalf of the CEO. ● Draft and respond to professional communications with investors, clients, senior executives and government stakeholders. ● Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed. ● Track approvals, deadlines and outstanding tasks to prevent bottlenecks. ● Support with event coordination and executive administration. ● Produce reports, documents and presentations as required. ● Continuously identify ways to improve executive productivity and internal processes.
