Executive CTO, Business & Technology Transformation Shape the future of business transformation, technology, and AI. As we continue building our newly established Business & Technology Transformation stream, we are looking for an Executive CTO to shape our transformation agenda, strengthen our market position, and drive meaningful client impact. This is a strategic leadership role and an opportunity to influence Sofigate’s consulting business while partnering with our clients’ executive teams to solve their most critical transformation challenges. Your role As Executive CTO, you will play a key role in driving the Business & Technology Transformation stream forward. Combining strategic leadership, commercial thinking, and executive consulting expertise, you will help shape our offerings, support business growth, and lead high-impact customer transformations. Your key responsibilities include: Developing and commercializing our consulting offerings with a strong focus on business transformation and AI. Identifying emerging customer needs and translating them into scalable services and market opportunities. Supporting strategic sales by shaping large, cross-business transformation opportunities and acting as a trusted executive advisor. Leading selected lighthouse client engagements, ensuring measurable business outcomes while maintaining approximately 20–40% billable work. Bridging business strategy and technology to help customers accelerate transformation and create lasting value. Representing Sofigate as a thought leader through customer engagements, industry events, and publications. What we’re looking for We’re looking for an experienced transformation leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for helping organizations succeed in the era of AI. To succeed in this role, you have: Extensive experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programmes. Strong consulting and executive advisory experience with senior business stakeholders. A proven track record in developing and commercializing consulting offerings. Experience supporting and winning complex enterprise sales opportunities. Seamless collaboration with Salesforce, ServiceNow and Disruptive AI business streams. The ability to bridge business strategy and technology and translate vision into measurable value. A strong perspective on how generative and agentic AI is transforming organizations, business models, and knowledge work. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in international environments.
