Description
Who is Boulevard? Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most. Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at  how we (and YOU) can make that happen .  We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Do our values match? Read through our story and what we value the most . Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too. Come do the best work of your life at Boulevard. Boulevard is looking for a Senior Executive Business Partner to serve as a dedicated, Nashville-based operational partner to the CEO. This role exists to create meaningful CEO leverage: protecting and strategically sequencing the CEO's time, managing priority communications, strengthening high-value external relationships, preparing the CEO for key decisions and appearances, and ensuring follow-through across the Office of the CEO. This is a senior EBP role, not a traditional Executive Assistant role and not a shared support model. The ideal person is deeply trusted, highly autonomous, and comfortable operating in the gray area between executive support, executive operations, external relationship management, and occasional personal logistics that directly preserve CEO focus and availability. The CEO needs a partner who can help him spend more of his time on the highest-leverage work for the business, including R&D, product, AI, Board and investor relationships, and external industry moments. This person should be able to anticipate what is coming, keep his calendar and communications running smoothly, and reduce the number of open loops the CEO has to personally hold. This role will work closely with the Executive Support team and relevant partners across Finance, BizOps, Legal, Procurement, People, R&D, GTM, and Communications. Executive support community of practice This role is part of Boulevard's Executive Support team and is expected to contribute to a community of practice focused on craft excellence and consistency across calendar strategy, inbox and communication systems, meeting hygiene, travel and event planning, stakeholder management, executive briefs, and feedback loops that help simplify and scale the company's operating system. What you'll do here: CEO Strategic Partnership, Calendar Architecture & Executive Leverage Own the CEO's complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring time is aligned to the company's highest-priority work: R&D/product/AI focus time, Board and investor moments, key customer and partner relationships, executive decision forums, company operating rhythms, and high-leverage external opportunities. Treat the CEO's time as a strategic portfolio. Proactively sequence focus time, prep windows, relationship-building, decision forums, travel, and recovery time rather than simply responding to incoming requests. Build deep context on company priorities, OKRs, product and R&D work, Board/investor expectations, customer and market signals, and executive team dynamics so that calendar and meeting decisions reflect business impact. Proactively manage conflicts and tradeoffs by bringing c
