✈️ Now Hiring: Senior Executive Assistant to Chief Legal & Administrative Leadership As a recruiter partnering with an innovative company in the aviation and technology sector, I’m excited to share an opportunity for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support a senior executive leader overseeing legal and administrative functions. This is an ideal role for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership. What You’ll Do ✅ Manage a complex and ever-changing executive calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization ✅ Handle highly confidential and sensitive matters with the utmost professionalism and discretion ✅ Coordinate executive meetings, board and committee logistics, and related planning activities ✅ Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and transportation ✅ Prepare meeting agendas, capture key discussion points, and track follow-up action items ✅ Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders ✅ Manage expense reporting and other executive administrative responsibilities ✅ Support special projects and additional executive initiatives as needed What We’re Looking For • 8-10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced corporate environment • Associate degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience • Executive support experience for multiple senior leaders • Legal department or legal executive support experience is a plus • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment • Comfortable working independently while anticipating executive needs • Service-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills Why Consider This Opportunity? 🌟 Work directly with senior executive leadership 🌟 Join a dynamic, growth-oriented organization 🌟 Take ownership of high-visibility executive support responsibilities 🌟 Collaborate across departments and influence business operations at the highest levels The SR Group (US), Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
