Description
ABOUT ONELEET Oneleet is one of the fastest-growing security and compliance platforms in history. We are on a mission to change the compliance and security industry by making cybersecurity and compliance effective, easy, and painless. We provide a platform that helps companies build, manage, and monitor their cybersecurity programs and achieve compliance standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 efficiently, without cutting corners. Having just raised a $33 million Series A, we are rapidly growing in customers and employees. Our team has decades of experience in security and compliance. Join our team of opinionated rebels and help us build a category-defining company reshaping the broken and fragmented compliance and cybersecurity industry. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We value passionate self-starters with a growth mindset and a bias for action and personal accountability. If you love solving hard problems, thrive in ambiguity, and want to make a real impact, you’ll fit right in. We’re especially drawn to: - Rebels with a cause — frustrated with the status quo and eager to disrupt it. - Opinionated (but not obstinate) builders — decisive yet collaborative, who help us move fast. - Clear communicators — who own their ideas and follow through. Our mission is simple: make effective cybersecurity painless. We believe cybersecurity should empower, not burden. This belief unites our team and drives every decision we make. If you’re ready to challenge the status quo and help shape the future of cybersecurity, we’d love to meet you. We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant and Personal Manager to be a true partner to our CEO. This is not a traditional EA role. You won't simply manage a calendar and field emails- you'll function as an extension of the CEO, anticipating needs before they're voiced and remove friction from both their professional and personal life. Our CEO moves fast and isn't a natural delegator. The right person for this role doesn't wait to be told what to do- and, just as importantly, knows how to manage the CEO: keeping them on schedule, prepared, and on top of their commitments, and help them prioritize the things that matter. You'll learn their preferences and patterns, then step in proactively to bring order to their day and make sure nothing slips, whether they ask or not. This role spans the full picture: managing a complex professional calendar, coordinating personal commitments and household logistics, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across either. If you're someone who thrives on ownership, reads situations intuitively, and takes genuine pride in making someone else exponentially more effective, this is for you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own and orchestrate the CEO's calendar across both work and personal life: scheduling, prioritizing, resolving conflicts, and protecting their time from competing demands. - Keep the CEO on track- making sure they're where they need to be, prepared for what's next, and on top of their commitments and deadlines. - Manage personal and household logistics- appointments, travel, family commitments, and the day-to-day details that keep life running smoothly. - Coordinate complex travel across time zones, including itineraries, accommodations, and last-minute changes. - Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact, handling sensitive communications with discretion and executive-level polish. - Prepare the CEO for what's ahead: briefing them on meetings, surfacing what matters, and ensuring they walk in ready. - Track commitments and follow-ups so nothing slips, across both business and personal spheres. - Handle confidential information with absolute discretion. REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience supporting a senior executive, ideally a tech CEO or founder, in a high-trust, high-autonomy capacity. - Exceptional anticipation and intuition- you read between the lines, spot needs early, and act
