Description
Locations: Philippines, Latin America and South Africa (100% Remote) Employment Type: Full-time Independent Contractor (exclusive commitment) Compensation: $1,200–$1,800 USD per month. Competitive and commensurate with the candidate's market rate, experience, skills, and overall qualifications At Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS), we don’t build short-term roles. We build long-term careers for professionals who want stability, growth, and meaningful work with global standards. In this role, you step in as more than an assistant. - You become the operator behind communication, marketing, and day-to-day execution — the person who brings clarity, structure, and consistency across everything the business touches. - You’ll work closely with leadership, support client experience end-to-end, and ensure that both communication and marketing aren’t just running — but running well. If you’re someone who naturally creates order, communicates with intention, and takes pride in making things work seamlessly — this is a role where that strength becomes your career advantage. What you’ll take ownership of This role sits at the intersection of communication, marketing, and operations. You’re the person who keeps everything clear, consistent, and moving forward. Client Communications & Operations — You’re the voice and the flow - You’ll be the steady presence behind every client interaction. From managing shared inboxes (hello@, care@, accounting@, tax@) to guiding clients through onboarding and offboarding, you ensure every message is clear, timely, and aligned. - You don’t just respond — you create structure. You build SOPs, refine templates, and design workflows that make things easier not just for today, but for the long run. - You also keep everything connected — aligning schedules, tracking details, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Marketing Execution — You turn ideas into consistent output - You take ownership of the content calendar and make sure it actually happens. Not just planned — executed. - You schedule, publish, and keep things moving using tools like Social Pilot. You transform long-form ideas into structured, engaging content that people can actually consume. - And you don’t just “post and forget.” You pay attention to performance, identify what’s working, and continuously improve from there. Systems & Leadership Support — You bring order to growth - You naturally think in systems. When something feels manual, unclear, or inefficient — you find a better way. - You introduce structure into communication and marketing workflows, and look for opportunities to improve through automation, AI tools, or smarter processes. Most importantly, you act as a trusted right hand to leadership — helping turn direction into execution, and ensuring things don’t just start, but actually get finished. What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who sees this role not as “support,” but as ownership. • Strong experience managing client communications end-to-end • Hands-on experience with onboarding/offboarding and process documentation • Proven ability to manage and execute content calendars • Clear, professional, and thoughtful written communication • Experience building SOPs, templates, and structured workflows • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven • Comfortable using Google Workspace (experience with Canopy or Social Pilot is a plus) • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through • Time-zone alignment: Comfortable working US business hours More than anything, we’re looking for someone reliable, thoughtful, and consistent — the kind of person teams trust to keep things running at a high standard. HOW WE WORK Quality: Close checklists, review notes, and documentation are part of every engagement Security: Best practices for data privacy,
