We are partnering with a leading global investment bank to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a busy and high-performing Investment Banking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in providing first-class support. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure. You will become a trusted member of the team, working closely with senior bankers and playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their day. You'll work alongside a dynamic team in a collaborative, high-performing environment that values initiative, teamwork and excellence. What you’ll do:
• Providing proactive and seamless support to a team of senior bankers
• Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
• Coordinating international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries
• Organising internal and external meetings, client lunches, roadshows, and events
• Preparing presentations, meeting packs and supporting documentation
• Processing expenses accurately and within deadlines
• Acting as a key liaison for clients and internal stakeholders
• Anticipating the needs of the team and providing solutions before issues arise
• Supporting the wider assistant team and contributing to a collaborative culture
What you’ll need:
• Previous Executive Assistant experience within investment banking or another fast-paced corporate environment
• Confident supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritise effectively and adapt quickly to changing demands
• A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional manner
• A genuine team player who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment
