Description
SLP is a leading plaintiff-side consumer protection firm specializing in lemon law and consumer advocacy, litigating aggressively against major manufacturers. We're growing fast and looking for high-output professionals who match our standard. This is not a traditional admin role. The Executive Assistant acts as a direct extension of Partner-level leadership — owning litigation deadlines, court calendars, and case management from filing through resolution. Key Responsibilities Litigation & Case Management Own the master litigation calendar — deadlines, hearings, CMCs, MSJ dates, depositions, statutory lemon law timelines Draft and coordinate e-filing of pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas Manage deposition logistics, service of process, and vendor/court coordination Maintain audit-ready case files and trial prep materials Executive Support Manage Outlook calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts proactively Triage correspondence and draft professional communications on behalf of leadership Track action items across cases so nothing slips Liaise with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and vendors Compliance Support billing/time-entry review and fee motions Ensure zero missed filing deadlines, flagging risks early What Sets You Apart You anticipate next steps, track deadlines relentlessly, and draft clean correspondence with minimal edits.
