Executive Assistant to Partners & COO | Private Equity | Temp
An established private equity investment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two Partners and the Chief Operating Officer.
This is an initial 2-month temporary assignment, with a possibility of extension and the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone to join the team by mid-August, so applicants must be immediately available.
Based in the heart of Mayfair , this is a full-time, office-based position (five days per week).
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a trusted right-hand support to the leadership team, acting as a gatekeeper, coordinator and proactive problem-solver across a broad range of business and occasional personal matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide dedicated Executive Assistant support to two Partners and the Chief Operating Officer, acting as a trusted business partner.
• Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, balancing competing priorities and coordinating schedules across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate board meetings, investor meetings, leadership forums and portfolio company engagements.
• Arrange extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, ground transportation and detailed itineraries.
• Prepare and distribute confidential documents, presentations, board papers and meeting materials.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including investors, portfolio company leadership teams, advisors and external partners.
• Manage administrative processes, including expenses, CRM updates, legal documentation and wider operational support.
• Provide discreet personal assistance where required, handling confidential matters with the utmost professionalism.
• Anticipate the needs of the leadership team, proactively resolving issues before they arise and ensuring they can focus on strategic priorities.
About You
• An experienced Executive Assistant with a proven background supporting senior executives within finance or professional services.
• Experienced supporting multiple senior stakeholders with differing priorities and working styles.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to anticipate needs with minimal direction.
• Commercially minded, with excellent judgement and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Calm under pressure, resilient and adaptable within a fast-moving environment.
• Emotionally intelligent, confident and professional when dealing with senior executives and high-profile stakeholders.
• Exceptionally discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Resourceful, solutions-focused and meticulous, with outstanding attention to detail.
• An excellent communicator who builds credibility and strong working relationships at all levels.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in managing complex diaries, international travel and executive logistics.
