Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, ANZ Accounts this role will assist, manage and develop a selection of key client accounts, delivering best-in-class account and partnership management across Ceremony of Roses’ ANZ roster.
The position is focused on delivering end-to-end merchandise initiatives, including coordinating design, production, sales, and fulfilment across touring, retail, D2C / eCommerce, and live event opportunities. Acting as a key point of contact for both internal teams and select clients, this role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines while contributing to broader strategic and commercial initiatives. This role will also assist the Senior Manager, ANZ Accounts with key clients and have business development responsibilities.
What you'll do:
Own and manage key client accounts
Build strong relationships and deliver high-quality day-to-day service to artists and partners
Develop a clear understanding of each client’s goals, design aesthetic, and brand
Provide support across additional accounts where the Senior Manager, ANZ Accounts and Director, Merchandise ANZ requires additional capacity
Support commercial growth, forecasting and new partnership initiatives
Support the Senior Manager, ANZ Accounts and Director, Merchandise ANZ on revenue growth and new partnership opportunities
Identify account growth and upsell opportunities across all accounts, contributing to broader account strategy and long-term planning
Support forecasting, reporting, and budget tracking across accounts, assisting in monitoring performance against revenue and operational targets
Work closely with Sony Music and other labels to identify new partnership opportunities
Develop and execute account plans
Support development and execution of year-round account plans
Align with Ceremony of Roses and Sony Music marketing teams and internal stakeholders on delivery
Drive cross-functional product development
Work with design, production, touring, and D2C / eCommerce teams to develop commercially viable product ranges aligned to client strategy and market trends
Own timelines, delivery and internal coordination
Coordinate across design, production, operations, and logistics to deliver projects on time
Track key milestones across development, production, delivery, and fulfilment
Act as a key internal and external point of contact, ensuring alignment on timelines and priorities
Maintain clear, timely communication across all stakeholders
Support delivery of key sales moments and campaigns
Support delivery of online and in-person retail activations and campaigns
Assist on key launches, drops, and initiatives across assigned accounts
Improve processes and support global account coordination
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce errors, and mitigate risks
Contribute to the COR international accounts team and support local and global client relationships as required
Who you are:
Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a team
Experience in music merchandise, eCommerce, account management, brand, or a related industry is essential
Commercially minded, with an interest in driving revenue and identifying new opportunities
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines
Clear and confident communicator, able to manage both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to build effective working relationships across cross-functional teams
Experience or exposure to apparel production and/or touring merchandise environments
Familiarity with D2C strategies and a working knowledge of Shopify
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, managing expectations while maintaining attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and familiar with too
