DÉCOR INSTALLER Celebrations Ltd.  offers Wedding and Special events services. The company is seeking Caymanian applicants for a full-time Décor Installer in our Production Department to assist with building, installing, setting up, and removing décor and rental items. • Install, set up, and remove the décor/rental items, including tents, tables, chairs, and linens. • Maintenance and upkeep of all rental equipment. • Must be able to do drapping on expert level • Meet deadlines and work within time restrictions as indicated on Event Setup paperwork. • Respond to customer needs and focus on meeting or exceeding customer expectations by working with attention to detail and safety. • Customer-oriented. • Adherence to safety and training instructions. • Ensure all company items are handled carefully; immediately report any changes or if items need maintenance to the Production Supervisor. Qualifications: • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the role, as well as carpentry and electrical experience, will be given first preference. • Capable of working under time restrictions; ability to understand and react to changing priorities. • Ability to lift heavy items 50-70 pounds in weight. • Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and have a professional presentation and approach to work. • The ability to work well within a team and willingness to take direction. • Strong knowledge of street routes and major landmarks • Full driving license preferred minimum group 3 is required with atleast one year of driving experience on the island. • Hours of work will vary due to the timing of events, workload, and seasonality of the business. Normal Business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday and normal working hours per week are 45 hours from Monday to Saturday. Education Requirement: There is no minimum education requirement for this role; however, the individual must be able to read and write. Salary Range: CI$8.75 – CI$10.75 per hour working 45 hours per week, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a statutory benefits package. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday. Working hours for this position are flexible and depend on event setup and breakdown schedules. For example, if an event begins at 9:00 AM, work may start as early as 5:00 AM. Similarly, if an event concludes at 12:00 AM, breakdown activities may continue until 2:00–3:00 AM, and a lot of the time they have to work on a broken schedule too.
