Description
Description Are you a protector? At SafeHaven Security Group, LLC, we don’t just staff events—we help create safe, memorable experiences. As on-call event staff, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, managing access, guiding crowds, and assisting with on-site needs whenever we need you. If you’re friendly, quick on your feet, and committed to excellence, join us—and make every event run smoothly. What You’ll Do Crowd Management & Guest Services • Monitor crowd flow and density; guide guests to seating, exits, and amenities. • Provide directions, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Access Control & Screening • Check tickets or event credentials; perform basic bag inspections. • Escort any unauthorized or disruptive individuals from event areas. Incident Response & Reporting • Alert supervisors or emergency personnel to medical issues or safety hazards. • Document any incidents or guest concerns with clear verbal handoffs and brief written notes. Team Coordination • Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and performers to facilitate smooth transitions. • Support setup and breakdown tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For Experience: Prior customer-service, hospitality, or event-staffing experience is a plus—but enthusiasm and a positive attitude matter most. Education & Certification: High School Diploma or GED. Licensing & Screening: Valid driver’s license with a clean record (if driving is required). Ability to pass a basic background check and drug screen. Physical Abilities: Able to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods. Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and customer-service orientation. Basic de-escalation and problem-solving abilities. Compensation & Scheduling Pay: Competitive hourly rate (varies by event). Schedule: On-call/as-needed—work only when events require you. Benefits: None for this on-call role. SafeHaven Security Group, LLC is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
