Event logistics is an integral team within our Live Production multi-discipline department of experts in their fields.  The role needs to deliver a comprehensive suite of delegate management services and registration systems across multiple client portfolios. Reporting to and supporting the Guest Experience Data Lead, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with the event delivery teams and plan, setup and execute event registration and data management for a diverse range of projects with varying needs. The candidate will also be supporting the data lead on supplier management and platform development needs to ensure the optimum registration technology is available for each event.  The role has a client-facing element, the candidate will be liaising with clients across our portfolio and will be required to build and maintain client relationships.
