Event Producer | Remote | 9am - 5pm An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Event Producer to join a growing international business, delivering high-profile B2B events from initial planning through to successful on-site execution. Salary : £40-50k Location : Remote Hours : 9am - 5pm What You'll Do: • Manage the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of high-profile conferences and executive events • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venues, suppliers, production schedules and stakeholder management • Work closely with marketing, operations and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery • Develop and manage event timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met • Oversee event content, including keynote sessions, panel discussions and speaker logistics • Manage event budgets and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively • Build strong relationships with external suppliers and partners to maintain high service standards • Provide on-site event support and resolve any issues to ensure a seamless delegate experience • Review event performance and identify opportunities to enhance future events Who You Are: • At least five years' experience in event production, corporate events, conferences or exhibitions • Proven experience managing large-scale events from planning through to post-event delivery • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills • A proactive problem solver who remains calm under pressure • Familiar with event management software, AV production and event technology • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the B2B events industry Benefits: • 21 days annual leave plus bank holiday • Gym membership • Annual company retreat PM203308 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
