Role Overview We are looking for experienced event planning professionals to support a project focused on improving how AI systems communicate with clients about event organisation and coordination. You will take part in simulated virtual conversations that reflect real event-planning scenarios, including gathering requirements, proposing solutions, managing challenges, and explaining planning workflows. The role requires practical experience in event coordination, client communication, and problem-solving . Previous AI experience is not required. CONTRACT: Freelance contractor, paid per completed task COMMITMENT: Flexible, based on available tasks and project demand LOCATIONS: Fully remote - USA only PROCESS: Application review, technical assessment, and onboarding HOURLY RATE: $50-$100/h Responsibilities Participate in simulated client and event planner conversations. Assess client needs and recommend suitable event solutions. Explain event planning workflows and next steps clearly. Develop realistic scenarios involving timelines, vendors, budgets, and logistics. Identify common planning challenges and propose practical solutions. Review conversations and provide structured feedback. Create clear written examples of professional client communication. Collaborate remotely with the project team during review cycles. Requirements Professional experience in event planning, coordination, or event management . Experience communicating directly with clients. Ability to manage event timelines, logistics, and changing requirements. Experience handling common event-planning challenges and trade-offs. Strong written and spoken English.
