Stellenbeschreibung: Details of the Division and Team: We are looking for an experienced event marketing professional to join our Event & Partnership Marketing team in Singapore. Covering Asia Pacific markets, the role will support the planning and delivery of high-quality event marketing initiatives within the region, working closely with business stakeholders, regional brand and communications teams, control functions and external partners to deliver impactful, compliant and commercially relevant events. The successful candidate will bring strong event management skills, sound judgment and a disciplined approach to budget, governance and execution. They should be comfortable managing defined event workstreams independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You can expect: • Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation services • Comprehensive leave benefits • Gender Neutral Parental Leave • Hybrid working arrangement • 25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday • A culture of continuous learning to aid progression Your key responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and deliver regional in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, with a focus on strategic business partnerships. • Work with business stakeholders to define event objectives, target audiences, client and attendee experience, success measures and execution plans. • Support a consistent client and attendee experience across events, including invitation, registration, communications and process coordination. • Manage assigned event budgets with discipline, including spend tracking, cost reconciliation and cost-efficiency opportunities. • Ensure events comply with internal policies, brand standards and relevant regulatory, legal, compliance and risk requirements. • Track event outcomes and prepare concise reporting on attendance, engagement, feedback, budget performance and key learnings. • Support ad hoc team projects and initiatives aligned to business priorities. Your skills and experience: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years’ experience in event management and execution within financial services or another regulated corporate environment. • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail, sound judgement, cost discipline and a commitment to high-quality execution. • Working knowledge of Asia Pacific from a business or event execution perspective. • Experience in managing projects in China from time to time. • Confidence working under pressure, adapting to changing requirements and solving problems quickly. • Ability to manage defined workstreams independently while collaborating effectively as part of a broader regional team. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation, organisation and stakeholder management capabilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with event management, registration, reporting or collaboration tools. • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
