Description
Make is the platform to manage all your automations and AI agents in one visual landscape – for teams driving business impact without relying on developers. Part of Celonis, a global leader in process intelligence recognized on the Forbes Cloud 100 for seven consecutive years, we're headquartered in Prague, Czechia, with hubs in Madrid, Munich, Raleigh, and Pristina, and teams across the UK, France, India, and the Netherlands, among other locations. A key contributor to a growing events team, helping shape how Make shows up in the world — from major industry tradeshows to executive gatherings and our flagship conference.  About the role As part of Make's Events team, you'll play a central role in bringing our events program to life. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing and Sales to plan and execute a range of high-impact events — with tradeshows at the core, and community events, executive experiences, and our flagship conference also in the mix. We're looking for someone who brings genuine hands-on experience to the table: someone who has worked across the full lifecycle of an event, knows how to keep all the moving pieces organised, and takes real pride in the details. You're comfortable going from strategy conversations in the planning phase to being onsite making sure everything runs smoothly — and you genuinely enjoy both. Process and structure matter a lot in this role. We want someone who tracks everything, documents what works, and helps the team get better with every event. Equally important is creativity — the ability to contribute ideas that make our events memorable and true to the Make brand. What you’ll be doing Contribute to the strategy and execution of Make's events program, including industry conferences, hosted events, and partner activations in key markets — covering venue selection, audience targeting, partner coordination, and promotion. Manage end-to-end event logistics: vendor coordination, booth strategy, content, and onsite execution. Collaborate with Sales on account and territory prioritisation, helping translate event activity into qualified meetings and real pipeline — with clear pre-event targeting, structured onsite engagement, and disciplined follow-through. Bring creative ideas to the table to help design differentiated event experiences that reflect Make's brand and thought leadership. Keep a close eye on the numbers side of events: managing budgets from initial estimates through to final reconciliation, tracking pipeline contribution and ROI, and sharing learnings that help the team make smarter decisions with every event we run.  Stay connected and collaborate with the broader Marketing team so that events don't happen in isolation — ensuring our presence at events reinforces what we're doing across campaigns, content, and channels. Support broader demand generation initiatives as needed, such as webinars, campaigns, and content distribution. Build and nurture relationships with key vendors, industry organisations, and event partners. What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience in event marketing within B2B SaaS. Proven experience executing events that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact — strong focus on tradeshows and industry conferences. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events and timelines without dropping the ball on the details. A genuine love for process and organisation: you track everything, communicate proactively, and leave things more structured than you found them. Experience working alongside Sales teams to drive meeting generation and pipeline outcomes. Data-driven and execution-focused, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Creative and collaborative, with a passion for crafting high-quality event experiences. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments where things evolv
