Vintage Tea Emporium, proudly part of Emporium Restaurants Ltd , is seeking passionate and detail-driven Event Planners & Coordinators to join our growing team in Uttoxeter .
We specialize in hosting and catering for a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions—both in-house and at external venues across the UK.

As part of the Emporium Restaurants family, we are actively involved in:
•
Hosting private and corporate events in our charming party/conference room.
•
Providing outdoor catering and event planning for both personal and corporate occasions.
•
Operating pop-up food stalls at various food markets across London, Staffordshire, Surrey, and the Scottish Borders .
📝 Role Overview:
We are looking for professionals who can take full ownership of event planning— from concept to completion —while ensuring every detail aligns with our clients' vision and expectations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
•
Event Concept & Planning: Develop event themes and goals to deliver memorable guest experiences.
•
Venue Management: Source and prepare venues appropriate for each event.
•
Logistics: Oversee transport, scheduling, equipment, and on-site coordination.
•
Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with our in-house kitchen team, entertainers, and suppliers. Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits.
•
Budget Oversight: Plan, monitor, and manage event budgets effectively.
•
Risk Assessment: Identify and address potential challenges or disruptions.
•
Post-Event Review: Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
🎉 Types of Events You’ll Work On:

Corporate Events: Conferences, business meetings, brand launches, and team-building activities.
•
Private Social Events: Weddings, birthdays, and themed parties.
•
Public Gatherings: Festivals, concerts, food markets, and exhibitions.

Proven experience in event planning and coordination with strong, relevant references.

Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities.
•
Sharp attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Budgeting and financial management capability.
•
Comfortable working with government agencies and licensing bodies.
•
Must be fluent in English at a native level .

This is a UK-based, on-site role in Uttoxeter . All applicants must be willing to relocate .
