Description
The Longevity Show launched in London this June, the UK's first major event dedicated to making the science and tools of longevity accessible to the public and to business. The inaugural edition at Tobacco Dock drew 3,000+ onsite attendees, 160+ speakers across 4 stages, 100+ partners and exhibitors, a 200+ person Gala Dinner, and a sold-out expo. Alongside the consumer show, we ran a dedicated B2B conference, Scaling Health and Longevity, bringing together senior professionals from insurance, investment, pharma, healthcare and technology to explore the commercial opportunity of the longevity economy. This wasn't a conference where people sat and listened. Attendees experienced biological age testing, live diagnostics, cold therapy, infrared saunas, movement sessions and hands-on activations across the show floor. The experience programme was as much a draw as the speaker lineup. We're now scaling. London returns to Tobacco Dock on 16-17 April 2027, and in 2027 we're bringing The Longevity Show to New York for the first time. The US longevity market is one of the most active in the world, and we want to build the same platform there: a place where the science meets the public, where the best minds in the field share a stage, and where the business community comes together to shape what comes next. We are seeking an exceptional Event Director to lead The Longevity Show through this next phase, running a proven, scaling London show while launching a new flagship edition in New York. You will own the event end-to-end across both markets: concept, planning, commercial growth, audience experience and operational delivery. This is a rare opportunity to scale a flagship event from a successful first edition and launch it in a brand-new market, shaping the content, partnerships and attendee experience for audiences spanning consumers, investors, industry leaders, clinicians and influencers. The Longevity Show sits within the Founders Forum events universe, evolved from our Founders Longevity Forum series created in partnership with Longevity.Technology. We continue to develop the show alongside Phil Newman, Founder of Longevity.Technology, who brings extensive expertise and deep connections within the longevity space. Founders Forum is Europe's prominent entrepreneur community, focused around a number of events annually where our guests engage in open debate, brainstorms, discussion and problem solving in an intimate and collaborative atmosphere – building connections and discussing how to accelerate the positive impact of technology on the world. Responsibilities Event Vision & Strategy Develop and own the strategic plan for The Longevity Show across both the London and New York editions, aligned to business objectives and commercial targets. Shape the conference programme in partnership with Phil Newman (Longevity.Technology), ensuring a compelling mix of science, industry and consumer-facing content in each market. US Launch Lead the end-to-end launch of The Longevity Show in New York in 2027, adapting the successful London format for a new market, audience and partner landscape. Build the venue, supplier and partner network needed to deliver a flagship US event from scratch. Operational Leadership Lead event operations across both markets, including venue selection, contractor/supplier procurement, production schedules, budget management and onsite delivery. Implement processes for exhibitor management, delegate services and speaker logistics. Team Leadership Manage all functions across the team including content, sales, marketing and event logistics, across both the UK and US shows. Commercial & Stakeholder Management Lead on partnerships and marketing to drive ticket sales, sponsorships and exhibitor revenue in both markets. Manage senior stakeholders and strategic partners, ensuring long-term relationships on both sides of the Atlantic. Global Growth Own the roadmap for the US laun
