We are looking for an experienced EU Regional Training Lead (Sales Trainer) to shape and elevate the capabilities of our commercial teams across the region. The Opportunity As EU Regional Training Lead, (Sales Trainer) you will develop and deliver impactful learning solutions that strengthen commercial excellence, customer engagement and leadership capability across multiple European markets. You will play a pivotal role in embedding Norgine's In-Call Effectiveness (ICE), Key Account Management (KAM) and Omnichannel frameworks, ensuring our teams have the skills and confidence to succeed.
