Description
IKON Landscape is a premier landscaping company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-quality outdoor spaces for high-end residential properties. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Landscape Construction Estimator who will do more than prepare accurate estimates, you'll play a key role in refining our estimating processes, improving efficiencies, and helping build a best-in-class preconstruction system.
This role will support estimating for both high-end residential and commercial landscape construction projects , working closely with our Sales, Design, and Operations teams to deliver competitive, profitable proposals while continuously improving how we estimate and win work.
Compensation & Benefits
• $70,000-$90,000 annual salary (DOE)

What You'll Do
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape construction projects, including hardscape, irrigation, grading, drainage, and planting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline estimating procedures and improve bid accuracy.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans to perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
• Develop labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material pricing for each proposal.
• Work closely with Designers, Project Managers, and the Sales team to ensure estimates accurately reflect project scope.
• Solicit and compare vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Maintain current pricing databases for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Prepare alternate pricing, allowances, and value engineering options when requested.
• Track bid results and participate in post-project reviews to continuously improve estimating accuracy.
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of estimating experience in landscape construction or a related construction field.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape, grading, irrigation, and construction plans.
• Strong understanding of landscape materials, hardscape installation methods, and construction practices.
• Experience with estimating software, spreadsheets, or takeoff programs such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, LMN, Aspire, or similar.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
• Google Workspace proficiency preferred.
