Roles & Responsibilities:  Collaborate with a diverse range of technical, professional, and managerial staff—as well as designers, consultants, and contractors—to coordinate and develop comprehensive cost estimates. Participate in joint scope meetings and assist project management. Oversee the creation of quantity take-offs and cost evaluations based on join scope meeting and relevant documents. Review and analyze cost estimates submitted by contractors, providing recommendations on their suitability for implementation. Participate in cost-related negotiations to support project planning and budgeting efforts. Perform additional related duties as required. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of construction estimating experience. Experience with public agencies is preferred. Experience with Job Order Contracts or a similar construction delivery method is preferred. Education:  Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; minimum of an Associates degree is required.  #LI-Onsite Salary $90,000 — $115,000 USD Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
