• Estates Surveyor (Part-Time - 3 Days Per Week) - Portsmouth • Negotiable Salary / or hourly rate • Temporary / Fixed-term contract An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estates Surveyor to join a well-established business on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week. This is a varied and commercially focused role managing a diverse property portfolio across the South of England, including retail, residential and commercial assets. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider property team to maximise value across the estate while supporting operational requirements. Role and Responsibilities of the Estates Surveyor: • Managing landlord & tenant matters across a mixed-use portfolio • Handling rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears • Negotiating dilapidations claims and repair schedules • Managing licences for alterations, assignments and underlettings • Assisting with disposals, lettings and acquisitions • Liaising with agents, solicitors and external consultants • Supporting planning applications and change of use projects • Managing property management matters including service charges and title queries • Identifying opportunities to enhance value and maximise returns across the estate Skills & Experience: • Experience within commercial property management and landlord & tenant matters • Background as an Estates Surveyor, General Practice Surveyor or Property Manager • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to manage a varied property portfolio independently • MRICS qualification preferred, although relevant experience will also be considered • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required Salary & Benefits: • Part-time role – 3 days per week • Hybrid role • Negotiable salary, or option to work on an hourly rate basis • Opportunity to work within a collaborative and commercially focused property team • Broad and varied workload across an interesting mixed-use portfolio To Apply: Please contact Andrew Lambert on 07568 490452 or Apply Now Know someone suitable?
