A local authority that I am working with, based in London, is looking for an estate regeneration project manager to help bring a run-down estate back to life. This project is a mixed-use development, spanning across 2,000+ homes, including shops and leisure facilities. They are looking for someone with experience in contract negotiation, managing external consultant teams, strong stakeholder engagement, and strong experience in partnership working.
