Seu papel Como Estagiário(a) de Compras , você irá apoiar o time nas rotinas da área, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos de aquisição, negociação e logística. No dia a dia, você dará suporte na realização de cotações de materiais e serviços, entrando em contato com fornecedores e acompanhando propostas. Também atuará no controle de pedidos de compra e no acompanhamento logístico. Além disso, irá: • Emitir e acompanhar pedidos de compra no sistema • Realizar o controle diário de itinerários logísticos • Atualizar cadastros de fornecedores e produtos • Organizar documentos fiscais (notas fiscais) • Apoiar na gestão de indicadores (KPIs) por meio de planilhas • Dar suporte aos analistas e compradores em negociações e follow-ups de entregas • Apoiar processos de importação, incluindo cotações de frete internacional e acompanhamento via ERP • Colaborar com áreas internas garantindo alinhamento das demandas Para ter sucesso, você precisará: Incentivamos a candidatura mesmo que você não atenda a todos os requisitos — valorizamos diferentes perfis e experiências! • Estar cursando Administração, Comércio Exterior, Economia ou áreas correlatas • Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel (intermediário ou avançado) • Desejável conhecimento em sistemas ERP (Totvs/Protheus) • Desejável conhecimento em Power BI • Perfil proativo, com interesse em negociação • Boa comunicação para interação com fornecedores e áreas internas • Organização e agilidade no dia a dia • Interesse em aprendizado e desenvolvimento contínuo Em troca, nós oferecemos • Cultura de confiança e responsabilidade; • Aprendizado contínuo e perspectiva de carreira; • Inovação com diferentes tecnologias; • Remuneração e benefícios abrangentes.
