Role Summary As a Master Data Specialist – Supply Chain, you will support the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA (ESPHORA) by ensuring accurate, complete, and reliable master data for distribution and warehousing operations across LATAM. This role partners closely with global and regional teams to enable a smooth data migration and long-term data governance. Your Responsibilities • Coordinate and prepare Supply Chain master data for the SAP S/4HANA (ESPHORA) implementation • Lead data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration activities across LATAM • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Inventory) to integrate data sources • Ensure alignment of current processes with S/4HANA requirements • Act as the key liaison between implementation partners and business teams • Establish and support post–go-live data governance processes • Track and report data migration progress, risks, and readines Your Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Logistics focus is a plus) • 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management / Data Architecture • Strong Excel skills and experience managing complex datasets • Knowledge of SAP, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics • Fluent in Spanish and English • Analytical, results-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in change environments Our Offer For You • A meaningful role supporting better healthcare worldwide • Opportunities for professional growth and continuous development • A culture that values innovation, collaboration, and doing things right • The stability of a global organization with a collaborative, people-focused environment
