Description
Our goal is to have a solar system on every roof, a storage unit in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated total solution for decentralized energy—from solar systems and battery storage to wall boxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. At the heart of it all is our AI-powered platform Enpal. One http://Enpal.One+, which intelligently connects thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in on the energy market.
Are you ready for solutions that are more than just a promise and bring real quality of life to thousands of households every day? What you create at Enpal will deliver clean electricity tomorrow and bring about lasting change in how we use energy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Enpal is building the next generation of its ERP landscape, moving from traditional D365 F&O workflows toward an AI-driven operating model where agents act on data autonomously across every process domain. The vision: a clean, governed data foundation that agents can trust, because an agent is only as good as the data it reads.
As ERP Process Architect MDG, you are the cross-domain authority for data quality and governance at Enpal. You own the Master Data Governance framework across Customer, Vendor, Product, and Asset domains and you define what "trusted data" means in an agentic enterprise. You work closely with Finance, SCM, Tech, and every process squad that depends on clean master data to operate.
GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK & STANDARDS
- Define and own the Master Data Governance framework: data ownership model, change request processes, quality standards, and escalation paths across all domains
- Establish and enforce master data standards in D365 F&O: field definitions, mandatory attributes, naming conventions, and data entry guidelines
- Manage the end-to-end change process: intake, validation, approval, and execution, coordinated across Finance, SCM, and Tech to prevent fragmented data creation
- Define the data quality rules and validation logic that govern what agents can and cannot act on — ensuring agents only operate on trusted, governed data
DATA QUALITY & DOMAIN OWNERSHIP
- Own data quality across Customer, Vendor, Product, and Asset domains: define quality rules, monitor compliance, and drive resolution of issues
- Identify and resolve duplicate records, incomplete data, and inconsistencies across all domains
- Collaborate with the Lead Solution Architect and ERP Tech on data architecture, data model design, and system-side governance enforcement
- Drive automation to reduce manual entry, improve straight-through processing, and enforce data validation at source
AGENTIC ENABLEMENT & CROSS-DOMAIN ALIGNMENT
- Define the data readiness criteria that must be met before AI agents are deployed in any process domain, data cleanliness is non-negotiable for agentic operations
- Act as process SME in cross-functional projects, system changes, and new business line onboarding, ensuring master data is correctly set up before go-live
- Represent MDG in ERP governance forums, design authority reviews, and cross-functional steering
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven experience as a Master Data Manager, MDM Architect, or similar role, owning governance frameworks end-to-end
- Deep expertise in D365 F&O master data modules (Customer, Vendor, Product/Item, Asset)
- Strong understanding of data quality management: defining rules, monitoring KPIs, and driving resolution across domains
- Experience enforcing master data standards and change processes in a complex, multi-entity environment
- Understanding of how data quality impacts AI/agent reliability, you know that agents are only as good as the data they consume
- Familiarity with adjacent systems such as Salesforce, Onventis, or Snowflake is a plus
- Ability to align Finance, SCM, Sales Operations, Procurement, and Data & Analytics stakeholders
- Structured, process
