Job Description:
• Manage deal or non-deal roadshows as part of the equity syndicate process
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as compliance, finance and legal on daily tasks
• Coordinate with the middle office of other book runners
• Compile and review trade documentation
• Coordinate ECM transactions by supporting the ECM team in initial public offerings, secondary listings and private and public placements
• Engage different working teams in the preparation & executive of IPOs, request for proposals, equity placements & underwriting commitments
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or above, majoring in finance related major or with composite knowledge background of science and engineering;
• At least 3 years’ of solid transaction experience in ECM
• Strong institutional / corporate investor client connection for ECM transactions
• Strong understanding of banking operations, settlement and clearing processes
• Strong technical background and good understanding of equity capital market, industry trends and market events
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong command of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
