Most Important Job Functions HVAC diagnostics and repairs Assist with completion of work orders Grounds pick up Maintaining the curb appeal of the property Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office Apartment trash outs Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for 'on-call'
