Position Overview Americrane Rentals is seeking a certified Environmental, Health & Safety Manager (EHS) to support industrial, commercial, and construction operations in Abilene and West Texas for our rigging division Valor Specialized Rigging. We are looking for a proactive safety professional who takes pride in leadership, documentation excellence, and maintaining a strong safety culture in fast-paced field environments. Responsibilities • Implement and support all project safety programs in accordance with OSHA and company standards • Consult daily with the Superintendent regarding active work operations and safety coordination • Advise and assist field supervision in enforcing safety policies and procedures • Facilitate the safety portion of onboarding orientation for employees and subcontractors • Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) prior to the start of work to ensure compliance and proper planning • Assist in reviewing and validating daily Pre-Task Plans for quality and completeness • Communicate and coordinate with General Contractor safety teams • Maintain copies of personnel certifications, licenses, and qualification records • Maintain all field safety documentation including: • Pre-Task Safety Analyses (PTSAs) • Training records • Toolbox Talks • Safety inspections • Chemical SDS documentation • Safety permits • Incident reports • Recognize hazards and exercise authority to stop work when unsafe conditions exist Qualifications Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications Current Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction Card (renewed every two years through approved EHS provider) Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or related field OR Minimum three (3) years of full-time construction safety management experience Hold at least one of the following certifications: • ASP or GSP • CHST • CSP Strong communication and leadership skills Able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed Able to pass background check and drug screening Benefits: Competitive compensation Benefits package (Medical – 100% covered for Team Partner, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO) Safety-driven culture Company Vehicle Company-provided PPE and safety equipment
