Role Description In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing environmental compliance at the site, supporting ongoing initiatives to improve environmental performance, and ensuring adherence to permit requirements. Responsibilities • Prepare and manage environmental documentation, including permit applications, environmental reports, and management reviews. • Develop and execute audit plans, conduct audits, and follow up on findings to ensure compliance. • Monitor environmental performance against permit conditions and report results to management. • Continuously improve and maintain compliance management systems. • Collaborate with Manufacturing Technology and Operations teams to initiate and support projects aimed at enhancing environmental performance. • Provide expert advice on air, water, soil, noise, and waste-related topics, both proactively and upon request. Requirements • Completed technical university degree, preferably focused on environmental studies. • Strong awareness of safety protocols. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proactive and driven, able to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
