We are hiring Entry-Level Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help expand our customer base by introducing homeowners to convenient, dependable trash service options . This is a field-based, performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are motivated by uncapped income, independence, and daily results . What You’ll Do • Canvass residential neighborhoods and knock doors daily • Speak with homeowners and introduce waste bin cleaning services • Generate new customers and close service sign-ups on the spot • Track daily activity (doors, conversations, conversions) • Maintain a consistent pipeline through follow-ups and referrals What We’re Looking For • Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interaction • Strong communication and people skills • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset • Ability to work independently and stay consistent • Positive attitude and resilience in a high-rejection environment Sales or canvassing experience is a plus—but not required for motivated candidates.
