Description
Basic Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to obtain a Poly clearances.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 0 years with a Master’s degree; 6 years with no degree.
• Certification: CompTIA Security+.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Desired Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearances.
• Experience working in a cloud environment.
• Other Certifications: ITIL; AWS Cloud Practitioner; VMware Certified Associate (VCA); AWS Sys Ops Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate; Nutanix Certified Professional OR Microsoft Endpoint Manager or previous SCCM certifications
• ServiceNow and SharePoint experience.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly, US Citizenship is required

Job Description:
Peraton is seeking an Enterprise Services Administrator to join our national intelligence program that delivers engineering, application development, deployment, operations, upgrades and sustainment of products and services to achieve our client’s global missions. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the client’s IT systems and services to ensure they operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with mission needs.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Install, configure, maintain, and secure enterprise-level systems and mission critical applications, to include operating system software, patches, and upgrades.
• Support the implementation, configuration and integration of enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues/ incidents, upgrades, and enhancements to optimize operations.
• Perform system backups and recovery.
• Enforce security protocols, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with data integrity and privacy standards.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for conducting server host and virtual machine builds on prem and cloud environments.
• Provide support to systems hosting complex operational databases, software configuration control, and system interfaces for computer systems.
• Maintain file servers and network access.
• Provide Tier 2-3 IT technical support, providing guidance and for resolving support issues.
