Geotab is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Project Manager who will manage key cross-functional technical projects and initiatives that vary in scope and complexity with impact on several business areas across the organization . What you'll do: As an Enterprise Portfolio Project Manager your key area of responsibility will be ensuring projects produce the required deliverables of quality, within specified time constraints and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case . You will need to work closely with all Geotab teams and/or external partners . To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated and decisive with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands, possessing excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills . In addition, the successful candidate will have technical competence using software programs (including Google Suite for business) and the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. How you'll make an impact: Responsible for overall project execution success, serving as the main point of contact for clients, senior management, and project stakeholders . Oversee all aspects of the implementation and progression of assigned projects, from original concept through project closure activities . Provide leadership for the project team by building and motivating them to meet project goals and adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones . Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to define comprehensive project scope and clear, measurable objectives . Contribute to defining the resources required to support the project . Develop detailed work plans, defining key project tasks and deliverables, and manage the integration of resources and knowledge across projects and tasks . Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project issues, risks, and changes to ensure project success and minimize impact on scope, schedule, and budget . Communicate expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely m
