ROLE SUMMARY We’re hiring an Enterprise Campaign Manager to build and run highly targeted go-to-market campaigns for larger accounts. This role will focus on one-to-one and one-to-few outreach programs that help us break into strategic accounts, engage executive buyers, and improve the effectiveness of our outbound motion. This person will sit at the center of sales, marketing, and GTM operations. They will coordinate personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, direct mail, and supporting landing pages/content. They will also help create the structure, reporting, and feedback loops needed to improve campaign performance over time. This is not a broad brand marketing role and not a pure marketing ops role. It is a hands-on role focused on enterprise campaign design, orchestration, and measurement. RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and manage one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns for strategic and enterprise accounts - Develop account-specific and persona-specific outreach strategies - Coordinate multi-channel campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, phone, ringless voicemail, direct mail, and other creative tactics - Partner with sales leadership, BDRs, AEs, and GTM operators to improve account penetration and meeting generation - Help shape executive-first outreach motions, especially for VP- and Director-level buyers - Translate campaign goals into clear messaging, CTA strategy, sequencing, and follow-up plans - Work cross-functionally with marketing and content teams to identify and develop the assets needed to support campaigns - Help drive campaign inputs for persona-based and trade-based landing pages - Define campaign success metrics and track performance across channels - Partner with GTM ops / RevOps / data resources to improve attribution, reporting, and campaign visibility - Analyze results and recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, offers, and channel mix - Build repeatable playbooks for strategic account campaigns and share learnings across the GTM team DELIVERABLES - Strategic account campaign plans - Persona-specific messaging and sequencing recommendations - Multi-channel outbound campaign briefs - Campaign reporting and performance analysis - Recommendations on targeting, campaign structure, and offers - Cross-functional briefs for needed assets, landing pages, and supporting collateral - Playbooks for repeatable enterprise outreach programs QUALIFICATIONS - Experience building and running targeted outbound or ABM-style campaigns for larger or more complex accounts - Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign strategy, including email, LinkedIn, phone, and direct mail - Comfortable working closely with sales teams and translating campaign strategy into pipeline activity - Experience measuring campaign performance and using data to improve results - Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills - Able to operate in a fast-moving environment where systems, messaging, and process are still being built - Strong written communication and messaging instincts - Experience with sales and marketing
