As Eneco separates and stands up Heat as its own organization, you'll help shape the technical foundation it will rely on for years to come. From defining the technical architecture and security posture to designing the Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), your work will have a direct and lasting impact. You'll have real ownership over how the separation is shaped technically, work closely with the Portfolio Lead, Transition Team and (T)PMs, and have the freedom to make architecture decisions that matter immediately—not just on paper. You maintain and evolve the technical architecture for Heat, and you make the carve-out technically real. You develop the Transition Service Agreements (TSA) and the underlying service design, bring deep engineering management expertise to separation and standup decisions, and build the crucial knowledge the future organization will depend on — across architecture, security and service design. • Own and evolve the technical architecture that enables Heat's successful transition to a stand-alone organization. • Design and develop Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and the supporting service architecture. • Provide engineering management expertise to guide key technical decisions throughout the separation and stand-up. • Build, document and transfer the architecture, security and service design knowledge the future organization will rely on. • Deliver a clean, secure and defensible separation, with commercially and operationally robust TSAs and knowledge that is retained beyond the transition. • Owning the technical architecture for the new Heat organization. • Developing the Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and the underlying service design. • Building and maintaining the architecture, security and service design knowledge required throughout the transition. • Providing engineering management expertise to support key carve-out and stand-up decisions. • Capturing, documenting and transferring knowledge to the future Heat organization. • Documenting the current and future-state architecture using appropriate architecture tooling. • Actively contributing to the Architecture Community of Practice by sharing insights, standards and best practices. You are a Senior or Enterprise Architect with experience delivering carve-outs, separations or major platform transitions, and you understand what it takes to make these transformations successful. You bring deep expertise in technical architecture, security and service design, and are comfortable translating a messy as-is estate into clear Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and target architectures. • Senior or Enterprise Architect with ideally 8+ years of experience bridging business, IT and OT. • Experience delivering carve-outs, separations or major platform and organizational transitions. • Experience working in the integrated energy sector or another complex, regulated environment. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge vendors and consultants and translate their input into robust, defensible designs. • Deep expertise in technical architecture, security architecture, service design and architecture modelling. • Experience applying enterprise architecture standards, frameworks and modelling practices. • High ownership, with a natural bias towards documenting and transferring knowledge rather than keeping it in your head. • A clear communicator who collaborates effectively with stakeholders across engineering, architecture and portfolio leadership. • Proficiency in Dutch and English is preferred. You'll join Eneco Tech as part of the Tech for Heat team, working closely with the Portfolio Lead, Transition Team and (Technical) Project Managers. You'll collaborate with colleagues across architecture, security and the current Heat Value Chain, while being part of a multidisciplinary management team of engineering managers and architects driving the successful transition of Heat into a stand-alone organization. • Shape the technical foundation of Heat by owning the architecture, security and service design the stand-alone organization will rely on. • Take real ownership of one of Eneco's most strategic transitions, with the freedom to make architecture decisions that have an immediate impact on the separation. • Design the architecture, security and service framework that will underpin Heat as a stand-alone organization.
