Description
Twoday is the leading digital transformation partner in Northern Europe with a global presence. With approximately 3,000 experts, we collaborate with leading private and public organisations to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. Our expertise spans Data & AI, software engineering, digital experiences, cloud, and business applications. Operating across the Nordics and Lithuania, we support more than 8,000 customers in their digital transformation journeys. Enterprise Architect – Strategic Bids & Solution Architecture Do you combine deep technical architecture expertise with the ability to shape compelling solution strategies and articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and convincing way? At Twoday, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to strengthen our strategic bid and solution architecture capability across complex digital transformation engagements. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of enterprise architecture, customer dialogue, strategic advisory, consulting, and proposal work. You will play a key role in helping Twoday win, shape, and support some of the most complex and business-critical IT programmes in Denmark and the Nordics. The role As our new Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with sales, bid teams, architects, delivery organisations, and customers to design and describe solutions that are both technically credible and commercially compelling. This is not a traditional Bid Manager role. We are looking for an architect who understands enterprise-level IT landscapes, modern solution design, and delivery realities — and who can translate complex customer requirements into coherent, persuasive, and deliverable solution proposals. Beyond bids and proposals, you will also engage directly with customers as a trusted advisor and architectural authority. We expect you to contribute to strategic customer dialogue, transformation initiatives, solution shaping, and selected delivery engagements where your expertise creates value. The role is primarily based onsite in Copenhagen. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and contributing to solution architecture in bids and proposals Translating customer requirements into coherent and deliverable solution designs Writing high-quality technical and functional solution descriptions Working across business, architecture, sales, and delivery teams Supporting customer dialogue, workshops, and strategic advisory engagements Contributing to large public and private sector tenders Supporting complex transformation initiatives involving cloud, application modernisation, integration, APIs, data, platforms, and enterprise architecture Helping ensure continuity between what is proposed and what is ultimately delivered Contributing to strategic positioning, customer advisory, and thought leadership within enterprise architecture and digital transformation Supporting customer engagements as a senior architect or trusted advisor where relevant About you You are an experienced architect with strong consulting capabilities and a passion for translating technology into business value. You are comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels and can move effortlessly between enterprise architecture discussions, technical solutioning, customer dialogue, proposal development, and delivery advisory. Most importantly, you are an exceptional communicator and writer. You know how to structure and articulate complex solutions in a way that creates clarity, confidence, and credibility with customers and stakeholders. We imagine that you bring experience from one or more of the following areas: Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture Complex bids, tenders, or pre-sales activities Consulting or advisory roles within larger IT organisations Digital transformation and legacy modernisation APIs, integrations, SOA, event-driven
