Credence has an immediate opening for an Enterprise Administration Operations Management Analyst at the journeyman level to support the F-35 WJ Directorate (AFLCMC/WJ) in Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The AFLCMC/WJ directorate contains the ALFCMC airmen that support the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) mission. This support is across all disciplines to include program management, engineering, and logistics. The support is provided at a variety of locations including Wright Patterson AFB, National Capital Region, Hill AFB, Fort Worth TX, and Tinker AFB. One mission within AFLCMC/WJ is the Lightning Support Center (LSC). The LSC is the F-35 JPO’s sustainment execution authority, providing support for the F-35 global fleet, including United States’ services, international partners, foreign military sales (FMS) aircraft. LSC comprises six functional areas focused on warfighter readiness requirements: logistics capability delivery, sustainment supply, maintenance modifications, support equipment, business operations, and global fleet operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: Interact with lateral organizations or external agencies, including base facilities, personnel, security, computer support, foreign disclosure, foreign travel, public affairs, and building managers, to facilitate uninterrupted day-to-day operations of the organization. Serve as the Operations Management (OM) point of contact for the organization; identify, analyze, and evaluate actual and potential problem areas in OM activities using trend data and organizational knowledge. Keep senior management informed of programming progress and advise on significant developments that may impact the mission; provide recommendations for unresolved or questionable problems and perform follow-up as needed. Research, determine, and recommend appropriate actions or interpretations of issues that impact the organization. Provide instructions and training to staff members and action officers on the proper submission and tracking of staff packages in MS SharePoint and SOCCER systems. Track and ensure completion of OM suspense’s, electronic staff summary sheets (eSSS), staff packages, operating instructions, and awards. Ensure all related OM suspense’s, including MIS/IT, facilities, resources, training, awards, manpower, safety, and security, are completed within required timeframes. Perform self-inspections and present detailed, comprehensive reports with corrective actions taken or required; ensure complete and quality resolution of discrepancies. Advise and assist with the revision of policies and procedures to improve quality, timeliness, and efficiency of work. Advise and assist the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with base organizations, senior leadership, chiefs, representatives from other military services, DoD agencies, and related organizations regarding services provided.
