The Role
The Enterprise Account Executive finds, develops, and closes large workforce deals with enterprise organizations across the United States.
These are complex sales with many decision-makers. They cover contingent workforce management, managed service provider (MSP) programs, vendor management systems (VMS), workforce technology, supplier consolidation, and staffing. You will work with senior people across Procurement, Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to help them get a clearer view of their workforce, lower their labor costs, fill roles more reliably, and bring their workforce management up to date.
Most deals involve more than $5 million a year in contingent labor spend and combine MSP, VMS, workforce technology, direct sourcing, marketplace, and staffing. You will guide clients through major changes to how they manage their workforce, with Indeed Flex as their lead partner.
💼 This position is located onsite in Austin, TX (at The Domain), five days per week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays.
