About the Role: Deliver engaging and varied English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering literature, language, and creative writing. Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Assess student progress through essays, presentations, and creative pieces, providing constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and participate in extracurricular literacy initiatives. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English. A strong knowledge of the secondary English curriculum and effective teaching methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
