Responsibilities Manage incoming calls in an engaging, professional, and customer-focused manner, ensuring every interaction reflects care and commitment Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers Able to support overnight shifts Requirements Very good command of English (B2). Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
