Description
Our client takes pride in being the Centre of Excellence providing value to our clients' business by identifying customized solutions. We are the go-to outsourcing partner offering Contact Centre Services, Back Office Functions, Airline Revenue Accounting and GSA Services. They are now on the lookout for team members to join our team as an Airline Sales, Ticketing, and Reservations Officer. Responsibilities: Proactively promote and sell routes, fares, and services by telephone, email, face-to-face, and other communication channels. Create reservations, and arrange ticketing and fare collection as directed. Rebook tickets, execute the necessary changes as required and resolve booking problems. Sell ancillaries including merchandise, seats, pet in cabin, gift vouchers, UMNR, and Business Class Upgrades that might be applicable. Liaise with all outstations and support with all ticketing and any other issues on all flights available. Support outstations during check-in and before the aircraft leaves from outstations. Quote, book, support and handle ministerial and presidential bookings. Handle and assist booking requests received from all passengers requesting assistance on medical travel. Ensure customer satisfaction by solving any problems faced and handling all complaints promptly. Daily reconciliation of credit cards, cash, and invoices including paperwork sent to accounting/banking sections. Compile regular and ad-hoc reports ensuring these are completed accurately and within the stipulated timeframes. Remain informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs. Communicate information to clients accurately and appropriately. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. Other duties as assigned by management.
