About the Team: ADAS Japan is development department for ADAS technology which is part of Automated Driving in ZF technology domain and integrated into vehicles. The role of engineering project manager is responsible for overall coordinator to ensure the project progresses smoothly and delivers on time. While technical tasks are entrusted to the project team, the primary responsibilities include "planning," "management," and "coordination" to achieve the overall goals of the team. What you can look forward to Engineering Project Manager - ADAS Project : • Leading technical discussions with customers in Japanese • Creating timelines, managing resources, and budgets • Technical negotiations with clients and partner companies • Identifying and mitigating technical and scheduling risks • Coordinating across cross-functional teams Your Profile as Engineering Project Manager - ADAS Project : • Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or software engineering • At least 5 years of experience on Automotive ECUs or embedded software engineering. • Ability to communicate at business level in both Japanese and English • Good understanding of vehicle communication networks (CAN / CAN-FD / Ethernet), embedded system engineering, general automotive standards (Automotive SPICE, AutoSar, UDS) • Ability to communicate technical concepts in both Japanese and English.
