This is a unique opportunity to lead an ambitious, high-impact team building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of intelligent document automation.   The Role We are seeking an experienced  Engineering Manager  to lead and grow the engineering team behind the Nitro Automate Platform. You will manage talented engineers building real-world AI solutions – from document processing APIs to workflow automation tooling and MCP servers. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of engineering leadership and cutting-edge AI product development.   Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers delivering AI-powered APIs, document automation pipelines, and no-code workflow tooling Drive the full engineering lifecycle from product specification through to production deployment, ensuring quality and velocity Champion agentic coding workflows and modern AI-assisted development practices across your team Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and senior engineers to define technical direction and architectural standards for the Automate Platform Own delivery and accountability for platform features including PDF/document alteration APIs, workflow automation services, and MCP server integrations Foster a culture of engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and rapid iteration Actively identify and mitigate technical risks and delivery dependencies Lead stakeholder communication, providing clear visibility into tea
