Leading the Mortgage Verifications Team, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive technical vision, collaborate with product management to enhance features, and optimize engineering processes in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities • Drive the technical vision for the team and inspire motivation for upcoming projects • Partner closely with product management to build new features and enhance existing ones • Reduce technical debt and sustainably scale architecture while nurturing team members' growth Required qualifications • 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager • 8+ years of experience as an engineer • Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies • Deep understanding of service architecture and system design • Experience managing quality incidents in a regulated product environment
