What You'll Do • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering growth and career advancement • Set clear goals and performance expectations for direct reports, conduct regular reviews • Oversee project planning, prioritization, and execution to meet business deliverables • Drive technical discussions and ensure alignment between engineering and product/business teams • Build a high-performing culture focused on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement What You Need • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams • Strong understanding of software development practices and technical concepts • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and develop engineering talent • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience driving projects to completion and managing timelines Nice to Have • Experience with Linux systems and infrastructure • Background in cloud platforms or distributed systems • Open source project experience or contributions
